Valley Health Services offers the following health insurance plans:

• Bassett Plus HMO
• CDPHP
• MVP

All plans offer pharmacy coverage.
Valley Health Services pays fixed portion; full-time employees with proof of alternate health insurance coverage may waive VHS health coverage in exchange for one week’s vacation.

DENTAL INSURANCE
EBS:  Valley Health Services covers full-time employees and up to $10.00 per month fee for part-time employees.

LIFE INSURANCE
UNUM: Valley Health Services paid and policy covers up to double the individual’s salary.
