VALLEY HEALTH SERVICES ANNOUNCES 2011 REHAB-A-ROOM WINNER

Valley Health Services is pleased to announce the winner of the sixth annual Rehab-A-Room fundraiser. Carol Lennon of Ilion was the lucky winner of a $2,000 prize package consisting of: $1,000 gift certificate from Adirondack Colonial Furniture; $600 gift certificate from Johnson’s Carpet Plus Color Tile including Freeman’s Drapery Shop; $100 gift certificate from Valley Electric and Plumbing; $100 gift certificate from Collis True Value Hardware; $100 gift certificate from the Little Falls Antique Center; and gift cards valued at $100 from the Herkimer Wal-Mart.

Peggy Scarano, Coordinator of Public Relations and Development, added, “This year’s event raised money for the development fund which directly supports the programs and services of Valley Health Services including palliative care, cardiac rehabilitation and lymphedema management. We are most appreciative to our employees, board and committee members and friends of Valley Health Services who took the time and effort to sell and buy tickets to support our fundraising efforts. And, of course, this fundraiser would not have been possible without the generous support of the sponsors mentioned above. Our thanks go out to one and all.”
